We carried out face-to-face interviews with all Australian sales and marketing staff. Then we reported to senior management highlighting a variety of challenges that were impacting business development at individual, departmental and state levels. Subsequent projects have audited use of OBS' sales CRM system to enable it to provide more accurate forecasts to underpin service delivery team recruitment.

Innovate SA runs a suite of entrepreneurial skill development programs for early-stage and growth oriented companies. Two Hemispheres was commissioned to develop and deliver a 'Sales Fundamentals' 1-day course (PDF) for their Growing Global Companies Program. To date this course has run 6 times. Participants on the 1-day course are followed up with individual mentoring sessions to assist them to incorporate the learning's into all aspects of business development.

Neller Connect has developed electronic data interchange (EDI) software that helps smaller companies to more cost-effectively implement electronic document interchange (PO's, invoices) with major retailers such as Woolworths, Coles, Reece Plumbing and Bunnings.
