Our Company Background
Two Hemispheres is an expanding Sales Performance Management (SPM) consultancy formed by Martin Woodcock in 2008.
We provide expert analysis, advice, business solutions and services in SPM to Australian companies of all sizes enabling them to expand sales more rapidly in home and export markets.
Martin emigrated from the UK to Australia in 2008 bringing with him many years of experience managing ICT sales and marketing operations throughout Europe. In particular, he has found that his experience as a 'corporate policeman' in Oracle is well suited to helping Australian technology companies accelerate their sales growth.
Having provided general sales management consulting from its inception through 2011, the company has expanded its offerings in 2012 to include SPM solutions and implementation services. These include:
- Sales Coaching in partnership with CallidusCloud
- Automation of sales proposal generation and RFP responses collaborating with Tacit Consulting (Asia-Pacific) and Qvidian
- Sales and Incentive Compensation collaborating with OpenSymmetry
